The GKV-Spitzenverband has updated the error catalogues for the electronic certificate of incapacity for work (eAU) Anforderung_eAU_AG - according to § 109 and 109aSGB IV.
The hr:eau API implements the requirements of the respective updated error checks as of 31.08.2023.

my-tax:connect now contains 2 APIs. Besides the already known upload to income tax, you may now also upload documents to the client's inbox.
The two APIs also contain a sandbox and improved error handling.
A new version (1.4.0) of the hr:eau API is now available. With this version, users of the HR system can be notified by email as soon as feedback on an eAU request is available in the API. To use this optional feature, the HR system can provide an email address when requesting an eAU.

The element "paymentOrder" can be used to indicate if the checkbox "Create direct debit" or "Create bank transfer" is set in DATEV Belege Online.

In the future, it will also be possible to implement the online APIs without a partnership with DATEV. Im September 2022 nehmen wir eine neue Infrastruktur für das API-Management in Betrieb. Ziel ist es dabei, ab Januar 2023 jedem Software-Hersteller eine Anbindung an das digitale DATEV-Ökosystem zu ermöglichen.
Wir starten mit einer geschlossenen Testphase ab September 2022. Alle Teilnehmer dieser Testphase werden wir bis Ende August 2022 per E-Mail anschreiben. Das Ende der Testphase ist für Dezember 2022 vorgesehen.
Die Durchführung der Testphase bedingt folgende Änderungen am DATEV Developer Portal, welche ab 10. September 2022 greifen werden:

Die Sandbox für unsere Accounting-Online-APIs war leider kurzfristig nicht verfügbar. Sie ist jetzt seit dem 22.12.2021 wieder online.
Für den Abruf der Mandantenliste in der Sandbox ist bis voraussichtlich Januar 2022 allerdings der Pfad „/accounting/v1/clients/“ anstatt von „/accounting/v1/clients“ zu verwenden.
Im Zuge der weiteren Öffnung des DATEV-Ökosystems wird der Zugang zu unseren Online-APIs (DATEV-Datenservices) allen interessierten SW-Herstellern möglich sein. Bisher war die Nutzung nur den auf dem DATEV-Marktplatz gelisteten Partnern möglich. Mit diesem Schritt wollen wir die Digitalisierung kaufmännischer Prozesse weiter vorantreiben und die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Steuerberater und Mandant noch besser unterstützen.
