Ab dem 01.07.2021 soll die neue Schwellenregelung für innergemeinschaftliche Fernverkäufe - One-Stop-Shop Verfahren (OSS) - in Kraft treten. Die wichtigste Neuerung ist, dass die bisherigen unterschiedlichen Lieferschwellen (i.d.R. 35.000€ Netto) pro EU-Mitgliedsstaat nun durch eine EU-weit einheitliche Schwelle von 10.000€ ersetzt werden. Wenn also die Summe aller innergemeinschaftlichen Fernverkäufe in die EU-Mitgliedstaaten 10.000€ überschreitet, greifen die neuen Regelungen. Zur Erleichterung der Steuerabführung in die einzelnen Mitgliedstaaten räumt die Finanzverwaltung den Unternehmen

Ab sofort steht eine vorläufige Version von DATEVconnect Accounting für DATEV-DVD Version 14.1 (Januar 2021) bereit.

Der Changelog und die API Reference können hier eingesehen werden.

Über Organisation > Eigene Organisation > Desktop Sandbox steht auch eine virtuelle Maschine mit der Pilotversion DVD 14.1 bereit.

Da es nur eine vorläufige Version ist, kann sich der Inhalt der Dokumentation bis zur Marktfreigabe jederzeit ändern. 

In our Desktop APIs we have now released the new version for the DATEV-DVD 14.0.

Accounting (V1.5.0): With the new version, account entries ("Kontobuchungen") can now also be retrieved with DATEVconnect. This is a chargeable function (costs 5€/month) and requires an extra license which can be ordered via the DATEV-Shop, Art.No. 95355.

Law (V0.1.0): From the DATEV-DVD 14.0 on, DATEV lawyer can now also be accessed via DATEVconnect.

Furthermore there were updates for the APIs of Identity and Access Management (V1.1.0) and Client Master Data (V1.6.0).

All following information is subject to change and should give you a first impression of the direction in which our plans are going. We try to solve the challenges of the planned "Corona-Konjunkturpaket" with minimal effect for your existing DATEV interfaces.

With an update of the DATEV Rechnungswesen we would like to enable an automatic, delivery date-dependent (or document date-dependent) tax rate determination for tax keys & ledger accounts with tax function (reduced/full tax rate). So your interfaces can take the previous tax keys and ledger accounts.

Currently we analyse the effects of the "Corona-Konjunkturpaket" on our DATEV apps and their interfaces. The paper of the Federal Ministry of Finance provides, among other things, a six-month tax reduction from July 1, 2020. There is no draft law or implementing regulation on this yet.

We will adapt the affected DATEV apps to the new requirements. At this point, we cannot say whether and how existing interfaces to our apps have to be adapted.

Recently every DATEV user received the latest DATEV software 13.0. When the DVD 13.0 is installed, a new certificate is required for the use of the interface in order to continue to guarantee encrypted DATEV communication.

With the release of DATEV DVD 13.0, the new versions and documentation for DATEVconnect are also available. For example, the new version for accounting.
