On 12.06.2019 an update for DATEV Unternehmen online and the interface DATEV XML-Schnittstelle online (DXSo) was installed.
The most important news at a short overview:
1. The DXSo (V5.0) can now also be used for the Kassenbuch online.
2. Transfer of the service date implemented: The already existing data field "delivery_date" was used for our invoice data interface. The ledger/document record interface was extended by the two data fields "consolidatedDeliveryDate" and "deliveryDate". The service date itself is not yet visible in "DATEV Unternehmen online". As of DVD 13.0 (August 2019 required), these data fields are then transferred to DATEV Rechnungswesn as service date. The prerequisite is that the benefit date is <= (less than or equal to) the invoice date and that the stock in DATEV Rechnungswesen has activated working with the benefit date.
3. Transfer of transaction ID/order ID implemented: With DVD 12.0 (August 2018), DATEV has implemented a new PayPal interface in DATEV Accounting. The transaction or order ID is required for the smooth clearing of open items. The DXSo has now been extended by the data fields "consolidatedOrderId "+"orderId" (Ledger) and "order_Id" (Invoice). The ID itself is not visible in the DATEV Unternehmen online. As of DVD 13.0 (August 2019), this data field will then be transferred to DATEV Rechnungswesen as an "order number".
