The new features for the ledger format in an overview:

• consolidatedAmount = "0.00" is supported
• Extension with the element "paymentOrder"

The element "paymentOrder" can be used to indicate if the checkbox "Create direct debit" or "Create bank transfer" is set in DATEV Belege Online.

In addition to the mentioned enhancements, new sample files and a new validation tool are provided.

Das Prüfprogramm für das DATEV-Format wurde aktualisiert. In dieser Version ist die Umsetzung des OSS-Verfahrens im DATEV-Format beim Buchungsstapel berücksichtigt. Unter folgendem Link kommt man zum Download:

Die Schnittstellendokumentationen DATEV-Format und DATEV XML-Schnittstelle online sind nun aktualisiert. Die jeweiligen Anpassungen können dem Changelog innerhalb der Schnittstellendokumentation entnommen werden.

Inhaltliche Änderungen

Welche inhaltlichen Anforderungen sich durch das neue OSS-Verfahren ergeben, haben wir in diesem Informationsdokument festgehalten (insb. Kapitel 3.1). Inhaltlich gesehen, gibt es verschiedene Wege mit den diversen Sachverhalten vom OSS-Verfahren umzugehen. Als Mindestanforderung für die Schnittstelle sollten bei innergemeinschaftlichen Fernverkäufen in die EU

Ab dem 01.07.2021 soll die neue Schwellenregelung für innergemeinschaftliche Fernverkäufe - One-Stop-Shop Verfahren (OSS) - in Kraft treten. Die wichtigste Neuerung ist, dass die bisherigen unterschiedlichen Lieferschwellen (i.d.R. 35.000€ Netto) pro EU-Mitgliedsstaat nun durch eine EU-weit einheitliche Schwelle von 10.000€ ersetzt werden. Wenn also die Summe aller innergemeinschaftlichen Fernverkäufe in die EU-Mitgliedstaaten 10.000€ überschreitet, greifen die neuen Regelungen. Zur Erleichterung der Steuerabführung in die einzelnen Mitgliedstaaten räumt die Finanzverwaltung den Unternehmen
