With effect from 13.12.2023, the previous Terms of Service DATEV Developer Portal will be replaced by new Terms of Use DATEV Developer Portal and DATEV Interfaces (hereinafter "Terms of Use"). The next time you access the DATEV Developer Portal, we will ask you via a change dialog to accept the new Terms of Use.
In addition to the regulations for using the DATEV Developer Portal, the new Terms of Use also contain the contractual basis for connecting to and using our DATEV interfaces. If you have already concluded an agreement "Vereinbarung über die Nutzung der DATEV Online-Schnittstellen zur Datenübermittlung" with us, this agreement will be completely replaced by the acceptance of the new Terms of Use (cf. Section E. Item 9.7. of the Terms of Use). The use of interfaces already implemented shall remain unaffected and shall continue without interruption. No additional steps are required by you beyond accepting the new Terms of Use.
Additional info for DATEV Marktplatz-Partner: Your agreements regarding the status of DATEV Marketplace Partner remain in effect without restriction. Acceptance of the new Terms of Use does not result in any changes to the previous contractual relationships.
